The Hotel has set aside a block of rooms for our dance event with special room rates. 
Rooms can be reserved now by calling the Hotel directly at
501-623-6600 or 877-623-6697.    Remember to ask for the special rate for the Dancin’ In The Park event. 
Rates are as follows:  Single : $131.00;
Double : $141.00 – Triple : $151.00
Included with your reserved room, at the hotel, is breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. 

You Can Print Form from this pdf.  ALL FORMS MUST BE MAILED TO CLUB'S PO BOX WITH CHECK. If you are buying an entire table only fill out ONE form per table and list names and info of all persons on the back of form or another sheet of paper.  Using the Table Map diagram choose your first and second choice of table numbers.  First come, first served.
